INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC)
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya, Banbasa has been established as a key mechanism to ensure continuous improvement in the academic and administrative performance of the institution. In line with the guidelines set by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and transparency within the college.
The primary objective of the IQAC is to develop and implement a structured system for quality assurance and enhancement that touches every aspect of institutional functioning. It acts as a catalyst for change by initiating, planning, and supervising various activities aimed at improving the overall quality of education and student services at the college.
Through regular feedback from stakeholders, promotion of innovative teaching-learning practices, and encouragement of research and community engagement, the IQAC ensures that Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya, Banbasa not only adheres to the standards of higher education but also progresses steadily toward academic excellence.
By integrating quality into the institutional ethos, the IQAC envisions making the college a center of holistic education, shaping responsible and skilled citizens for the future. Dr. Bhoop Narayan Dixit is Present Coordinator of IQAC CELL.
Objectives of IQAC

- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

MISSION
- To create and acquire relevant knowledge along with skills and global competencies and disseminate the same among students
- To provide holistic education through relevant curricula, programs and pedagogic innovations focusing on employability and self employment
- To undertake research work contributing to the creation of knowledge, skills and its applications for sustainable development
- To establish linkages and collaborations for the betterment of teaching, learning, research and extension activities
- To provide good infrastructure, human resource and necessary support services for the betterment of students’ progress and welfare
- To promote national integration, human rights, universal brotherhood and community development activities through inclusive practices
Functions of IQAC

- To ensure the integration of modern teaching and learning methods, including the use of ICT, to enhance the educational experience.
- To encourage faculty development and research orientation by organizing seminars, workshops, and training programs.
- To collect and analyze feedback from all stakeholders (students, parents, alumni, employers, and faculty) for continuous improvement.
- To ensure the effective implementation of academic and administrative reforms, including outcome-based education and transparent evaluation processes.
- To maintain and improve infrastructural facilities for teaching, learning, and overall student support.
- To prepare and submit Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQARs) and facilitate timely accreditation and assessment processes.
- To create a learner-centric environment, conducive to quality education and skill development.
- To foster community engagement and social responsibility, integrating extension activities and outreach programs into the institutional framework.
